Babysitting Cancellation Policy and COVID-19 Guidelines

Billy Button Babysitting, a trusted babysitting agency, requires full payment at the time of booking. If you need to cancel your booking in writing one week or more prior to the start, we will deduct a 10% administration fee from the cancelled invoice, and the remaining amount will be refunded 100%. 

If the booking is cancelled after the one-week point, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged, and the balance will be refunded back to the original payment method used for the booking invoice. 

Please note that any cancellation within 48 hours of booking is not eligible for any refund. 

**COVID-19 Policy**

For bookings made after 14 March 2021, please be aware that our cancellation policy will not cover bookings under extenuating circumstances, except if the booking client is currently sick with COVID-19. COVID-19 related issues such as transportation disruptions, travel advisories, health advisories, and government mandates like evacuation orders and border closures are not covered. Our general booking cancellation policy will still apply. 

Our extenuating circumstances policy is designed to protect clients from unforeseen events that may arise after booking. However, since the World Health Organization declared COVID-19 a global pandemic, the extenuating circumstances policy no longer applies as the effects of COVID-19 are considered foreseeable. We encourage all clients to carefully review our cancellation policy prior to making a booking.
