CANCELLATION & COVID 19

Billy Button Babysitting takes full payment at the time of Booking. If the Booking is however cancelled in writing, one week or more  prior to the start of the Booking...we deduct a 10% administration fee from the cancelled invoice.  All the remaining money will be Refunded 100% 

In the event that the Booking is cancelled after the one week point, we will charge a 50% Cancellation and therefor Refund the client the balance of the booking invoice balance. Refund will be done back to the same form of payment originally used.  

Any cancellation within 48hours of booking is not eligible for any refund.

COVID 19 

Bookings will not be covered under our extenuating circumstances policy, except where the booking client is currently sick with COVID-19. COVID-19 related circumstances not covered include: transportation disruptions and cancellations; travel advisories and restrictions; health advisories and quarantines; changes to applicable law; and other government mandates—like evacuation orders, border closures, prohibitions and shelter-in-place requirements. The Booking cancellation policy will apply as usual.

Our extenuating circumstances policy is intended to protect clients from unforeseen circumstances that arise after booking. After the declaration of COVID-19 as a global pandemic by the World Health Organization, the extenuating circumstances policy no longer applies because COVID-19 and its consequences are no longer unforeseen or unexpected. Please remember to carefully review our general cancellation policy when booking. The Booking cancellation policy will apply as usual.
