• Full payment is taken at the time of booking
• Bookings are at your booked accommodation only
• We bring toys & arts crafts for the bookings, so kindly supply everything else your child may need for their care day
• We are a Nanny Babysitting Service, we do not provide ski or snowboarding lessons 
• Authorisation forms need to be completed and signed before your booking commences, as part of our health and safety protocols

If the Booking is cancelled in writing, one week or more prior to the Booking...we deduct a 10% administration fee. All the remaining money will be Refunded 100% 

In the event that the Booking is cancelled after the one week point, we will charge a 50% Cancellation and therefor Refund the client the balance of the booking invoice balance. Refund will be done back to the same form of payment originally used.  

Any cancellation within 48hours of booking is not eligible for any refund.
